Jack is our energetic, passionate and super-driven Customer Services Manager so what better time to introduce him to you than National Customer Services Week!
Jack has been part of the Flipper Team since November 2017 and was a part of the original Bristol team.
I am extremely competitive which actually helps me in my role, making sure that we are the best customer service team around! I even won our office version of Monopoly, “Flipopoly”! I am a big sports fan and am a massive lover of burgers!
My favourite flip was hearing about how we saved a customer enough money so that they could buy themselves tickets to a Manchester Utd match. Being a fan myself, it was amazing to hear we helped them do this!!
The best part of my job is working with such great people. The whole of the Flipper office are so passionate about our customers, we all want what's best for them. We always have ideas and suggestions from our team on what more we can do to improve their experience.
I always get asked about how we are different from a price comparison website. Well the answer is that we are better!
