You've kept me with my old supplier, but moved me to a new tariff. Why have my login details changed?

Our systems generate a proxy e-mail account for new switches, regardless of whether you remain with your existing supplier. There are two reasons for this:

  1. Our systems run all switches the same way, and don't discriminate between existing and new suppliers.
  2. We always need to monitor your account to provide a full service to you, and the proxy e-mail lets us do this.

We realise this might be a little confusing, but we hope it's not too much hassle for our customers — it's an essential part of our service provision.
