What if I don't like my new provider, or I'm unhappy with my switch?

If you're in the 14 day cooling off period, we'll cancel your switch for you and find you a more suitable deal. We may need to set up a conference call with the supplier to cancel the switch.

After the cooling off period, things become more difficult to change — if you're not happy with your new deal, please let us know as soon as you can, by e-mailing support@theAA.flippercommunity.com or ringing 020 800 483 15.
