What happens when my supplier/tariff is switched?

We’ll send you an email telling you that your switch is underway. Here’s what happens next...

1–2 weeks: We've started the switch, and we'll let you know how it's progressing.

3–4 weeks: We’ll be in touch for a meter reading.

4–6 weeks: We'll let you know when your switch is complete and you'll start saving on your energy bills!

3 months: We're not done saving you money yet! We'll perform your next tariff check and if we find you an even better energy deal that saves you at least £50/year, we'll switch you again.
