What can you do to help me resolve problems?

We can use our industry expertise to help you solve most issues that arise quickly and efficiently, but because your contract with your energy provider is independent, we generally need your authority to do this — we can get this by having a conference call with the supplier you need to speak to, or we might request that your call them and add a named member of customer support to the energy account as an "authority", so we can manage things without needing to involve you.

It's always best to contact us in the first instance if you think there might be any problems, as we can usually help you quickly, and can make sure our records are up to date.
