I received an email about my upcoming switch. What happens now?

When it's time for your next switch, we'll send you an email to let you know. This will come 7 days before we intend to switch you. If you'd prefer your energy to remain where it is, let us know within the 7 day window period, and we won't switch you.

If we don't receive a notification that you don't want to switch, we'll search the market for a great deal and switch you straight away when we find it. Your new login details will be visible on your AA Flipper account, and the switch will proceed like any other — most of the time, all you'll need to do is provide meter readings, then sit back and enjoy your new savings.
